Refund Policy

By registering for this event, you agree that your name, affiliation, e-mail address and place of business may be published in the list of participants, which will be available both on the registration website and at the event. You may transfer your registration to another person if you notify the organisers of the name and contact details of the other person at least five days prior to the event, past this period we will no longer be able to change name. There will be no refunds for cancellations.
