Event Details The independence and impartiality of arbitrators are the alpha and omega of arbitration, and disclosure an important tool to guarantee them. Recent state courts decisions in various jurisdictions show that independence and impartiality of arbitrators is a subject in constant evolution, and that different standards apply. In this webinar, our speakers will present the recent evolutions on this topic in their respective jurisdictions, allowing us to compare these standards and see if there is a tendency to convergence or not.
Their presentations, in English, will be followed by a general discussion during which the members of the Group will be able to share their experiences and ask questions.
