The increasingly technical nature of international disputes makes expert evidence a recurring theme with which young arbitration practitioners must deal. This conference aims at covering the issue of experts and expert evidence from the beginning, when the need to find an expert arises, to the manner in which expert evidence should be presented in the arbitration. The discussion will turn on the perspective of both counsel and arbitrators, each of whom face different challenges in relation to expert evidence. Finally, a case study will illustrate the most common issues arising in delay analysis.
During the registration and breaks of the conference, you can also join us for a live demo of the ASA Arbitration Toolbox.
