Panel discussion on "Handling arbitration proceedings in 2023 – are you managing the case or is it the other way round?" held at the lovely University of Belgrade in Serbia.


The co-organisers are the Serbian Arbitration Association 40 (SAA40) and Swiss Arbitration Association Below 40 (ASAB40). The co-chairs include Sara Pendjer and Nenad Kovačević from SAA Under40 while ASAB40 is represented by Daniel Durante, Catrice Gayer and Flavio Peter.
