Nicole Cleis Walder Wyss Ltd.
Nicole Cleis Walder Wyss Ltd. Nicole Cleis is a Managing Associate at Walder Wyss, based in the Zurich office. She advises and represents clients in international commercial and investment arbitration proceedings under various arbitration rules (including ICSID, ICC, Swiss Rules) and acts as an arbitrator. She specializes on construction and engineering disputes. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, Nicole worked as an associate in leading Swiss law firms, and as a lecturer for international investment law at the University of Neuchâtel. She holds law degrees from the Universities of Geneva, Basel (Dr. iur.), and from Harvard Law School (LL.M.).

Alptuğ Tokeşer Alp Arbitration Alp Tokeser is a Turkish lawyer based in Switzerland who has focused on international arbitration for the past decade. Alp has worked on a variety of commercial and investment arbitration cases, primarily in the energy and construction sectors. Until recently, he was an associate at LALIVE, and he has now launched his own practice in Zurich, Alp Arbitration, where he will continue to focus on arbitration cases.

Cem Veziroğlu Koç University Cem Veziroğlu, an Assistant Professor of Commercial Law at Koç University Law School, holds an LL.B. from Galatasaray University and a Magister Juris from the University of Oxford. He is an affiliate scholar at the 'UNESCO Chair on Gender Equality and Sustainable Development' and the editor-in-chief of the NASAMER Law Blog. He is actively involved in both domestic and international commercial arbitrations, acting as an arbitrator, counsel, and expert.
