Angelo Anglani is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer specializing in cross-border litigation and international arbitration. His practice covers commercial litigation, securities disputes, mass actions, construction, energy, unfair competition, product liability, M&A conflicts, and insolvency matters.

He is frequently involved in the recognition and enforcement of judgments in Italy and abroad and is active in both domestic and international arbitration under ICC and other rules. Angelo is often appointed as an arbitrator in international cases.

Angelo also serves as an expert on Italian law in foreign legal proceedings and assists international clients in mediations held in Italy. He holds leadership roles in several prestigious organizations, including the International Bar Association, A.I.A., and ArbIt, and is a co-founder of ArbIt.

Dr. Daniel Durante is a partner at Patocchi & Marzolini in Geneva, Switzerland, where he practices as counsel and arbitrator. He can argue a case and conduct proceedings in English, French and Italian, and has a good command of German.

Daniel specialises in the resolution of disputes involving civil engineering projects (including off-shore drilling, pipe laying and port infrastructure), construction of machinery for plants and advanced technical equipment. He also represented international federations, high-ranking officials and athletes in sports disputes before internal adjudication bodies and before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in both appeal and ordinary proceedings.

Daniel has been serving as arbitrator in proceedings governed by the ICC Rules and the Swiss Rules in Switzerland and abroad. In addition to his Ph.D. thesis on aspects of the Swiss law of contract, Daniel has published articles and papers on arbitration. He is also active on the lecture circuit as a speaker on arbitration matters and the ASA below 40 Co-chair.
